Performing a Chakra meditation relies on the individual and the swaps in every sitting. If you are a visual individual, then implore colors about each chakra as a focal point. In certain instances, it is easy to comprehend their feeling by simply placing a hand at a given Chakra center and concentrating at these regions as you get guided through the Chakra meditation.

Note that meditation is necessarily not a must-close-eyes exercise; however, the practice can be done when eyes are wide open. Some meditations like candle meditation will require you to maintain your eyes open all through and only close the eyes at the end of the exercise.

Therefore, you can have a visual cue of your Chakra affirmation centers before you and as you concentrate on each focal point, align it to your body starting from the root to the crown, and you can close your eyes once you get to the canal.

Preferably, audio could be your forte, guiding you through your Chakra meditation. You can use visualization of each focal point as they help in color indication through Chakra position.

Chakra Meditation Steps

Like any other guided meditation, you can opt to practice it daily or weekly for about twenty minutes in each session.
Two Chakra meditation techniques are best to apply; either sitting on the floor or laying flat and begin to focus on your breath.

First Chakra Meditation Technique

Close your eyes to draw your concentration within. You then focus your mind’s eyes on the first Chakra point. That would be a start with the base, which connects you to the ground. Depending on how you learned, it is a color relating to it, word, or symbol.

Then begin to concentrate on the chakra and visualize the cycle spinning. Observe the direction of its flow, breathing into space, the light, the shape watching and believing. Observe as your breath magnifies the light that is the brightness of the chakra.

At such a point, it is the cleansing moment, as the light becomes brighter and more transparent. The mind might try to convince you otherwise of the process not working, but it is working.

Then start to picture it taking a clockwise flow, get the feel of its coolness or warmth. Focus on each breath as a powerful origin of purposefully expanding and cleansing the visual.

Let you do the same for each chakra as you move up, allowing each chakra point to have its own time of meditation. As you reach the crown, step back from your mind’s eye, examine the whole body, and confirm if everything is open and aligned. Move from crown chakra to the base chakra and up again as you breathe in every chakra point. It feels enjoyable as you would have found your flow.

Second Chakra Technique

The second bit is when you objectively want to focus on a specific point that correlates with where you want to concentrate your emotions. Begin by focusing on what you want to direct your efforts on, the focus on the chakra. For instance, if it’s a throat chakra, your guide should heavily weigh it at the throat (the region outer your body rather than the tonsils.) you can then picture as the wheel spins and expand at every breath you take.

Chakra or energy points in your body resemble spinning wheels that should remain in alignment and open as they keep in touch with the main organs, plexus of nerves, and regions of our energetic body that influence our emotional and physical well-being.

Importance of Chakras Meditation
It boosts self-fulfillment through the acquisition of peace, contentment, and a rise in energy charges.

Chakras exercise improves sleep, with enhancement in your sense of connection.

Similarly to a tool kit, as you would maintain your tools sharp, Chakras would frequently practice Chakras to help you comprehend the appropriate right tools to pull and use when seeking the law of abundance or when a need arises.

These energy points are thought to be spinning wheels that should remain in alignment and open as they keep in touch with the main organs, plexus of nerves, and regions of our energetic body that influence our emotional and physical well-being.

With an astonishingly massive number of people now seeking to know and participate in Chakras, especially on Google, it has its most seekers from Australia, followed by Canada, India, United States, and the United Kingdom.
